Before April '71 the Borg Warner 35 was used. After, the 'new' JATCO 3N71B was introduced. They are the same length but I don't know if a perfect swap. The 3N71B mostly used a floor shift (but may have used a column shift during May and June) and BW35 were column and I don't know if the flex plates were interchangeable.
