I'm quite certain that is Bryan Feldman's old Turbo Tom built car, which like Spencer said is twin turbo Chevy V6 powered.

I would say that if there is more than one cream coloured 2-eyed box flared 510 with centerlines in North America it would surprise me. This is Bryan Feldmans old car. Chevy powered. Period. . . . .
