Hi everyone.
I need a pair of struts (R/L) from a 77-79 200sx (S10) or a 77-81 A510 (Stanza, A10/A11).
The strut doesn't need to be complete. Let me know what you have.
It's possible that late 610/710 struts may work, I would need to confirm if the later 610/710 struts have (A) the larger spindle (same as the Z/ZX, 200sx and A510) and have (B) a 76mm center-to-center bolt spacing on the caliper mounts.
Later 200sx (S110) 1980 onwards won't work as they have the incorrect caliper mount dimensions.
Located in Metro Vancouver, willing to pay shipping.
Thanks,
Byron

I think it was the outer bearing that changed to the larger size. 40215-21000 to 40215-A0100
The 610 used the smaller hub bearing 40215-21000 to 07 '73 and the newer larger one 40215-A0100 after
All 710s used the newer larger bearing including all S30 Z cars, B-210, S10 200sx, S110 200sx, S12 200sx, A10 HL510, 810/Maxima, 280sx and 300zx. Curiously the A series powered 210 reverted back to the early 510 smaller bearing.
I had a bad wheel bearing on my'84 Maxima strut. I pulled one off a set of '74 710 struts and it was a perfect fit.

Thanks, Mike for that input
I'll need to update my strut comparison chart one day.

As I was replacing the 710 struts with a set of '84 Maxima goon ones I didn't measure the depth or caliper bolt spacing's. The Maxima calipers are large and close to what the 280zx are and the vented rotor just a couple of mm smaller diameter so it not compete with them. Just like GM had the same engine in the Camaro as the Corvette but they put a slightly lesser cam in the Camaro.

The 710 caliper changed for '76 from the larger pads on the right to the narrower ones on the left. Seems counter intuitive but the caliper on the '75 only had a single piston that acted on the pad closest it while the back of the caliper pushed on a yoke that transferred the effort to the back side of the other pad. The '76 had a two pistons in the same bore pushing both ways.
My '74 had the angled pads
