Re: Subaru R180 diff in Nissan case

So even with the Nismo ring gear bolts you had to install the ring gear spacer sleeves? I got the above recommended bolts and they are M10 but don't have a 11mm shoulder. So I ordered the sleeves. We only have 4 weeks till our first race and more speed would be nice. need those shorter gears.

Protolabs would be better for the pedal guy since it's a machined aluminum part.
I got to the point where they quoted $235 for one

I'll need to MacGyver up something...
you can just take the clip out of the newer pedal and use the 510 pivot plastic that bolts to the car.

Re: Is JBC ending production?

We uploaded some other parts for free downloads on the site. This is AWESOME, thank you, I left something for you in your Tip Jar. Is the intention still to share the rack and pinion drawings eventually? Yep we will be releasing all the parts we made and sold plus the ones we never sold. I printed ...

Re: Is JBC ending production?

We uploaded some other parts for free downloads on the site. That is awesome! I tried downloading the B15 bolt in accelerator pedal adapter, but SendCutSend can't recognize the step file details. I don't have a CAD program to check the file but if someone can, I'd really appreciate it. I did not ev...

You can use any front end if you aren't swapping the firewall. Just a few small differences that most people won't even notice.

Re: 72 2 Door 510 Restoration-25 years in the making

I hate to bring more bad news to the headliner topic but back when me and Frank used to do ton's of 510 revivals we found that if you found mice had been in the car at all the lived in the headliner and shit up there. We found that if you tap up on the headliner you can hear the poop bouncing around...

Re: Which Rear Camber And Toe Product?

I did exactly what Grand Mast Keith said on my rigs and it was night and day difference. On our endurance car we ran it to Keith's specs. Since the car only had 125WHP it didn't need quit as much toe in as needed on my turbo autoX rigs. It was easy to adjust the endurance car because I felt what it ...
