I recently removed my transmission to replace the rear seal. I discovered I have a competition transmission PN 32010-N3130. From a bit of research this should have steel synchromesh’s. Does anyone know which gear oil and or additive I should used?
In my other transmissions I used 75W-90 GL-4 for the “yellow” synchros. I looked through my parts catalogs and manuals and couldn’t find a definitive answer.

Can't go wrong with GL-4. Never use an additive.
Curious. Mark the input and output splines, place in first gear, turn input 20 times and count the output turns and accurately as you can. I would expect that it turns more than 6.5 times.
To cover all bases put in 5th, is it one turn input to one turn output? making it a DD 5th. If hard to tell try 10 input and count the output.

I have that same transmission, gear ratios should be:
2.906
1.902
1.308
1.000
0.865
This worked very well for me in Solo use, the slightly "taller" first gear made getting off the line more usable, let the car settle down a bit before shift to second.
We did make a steel bushing for the shifter pivot, that sure made things more positive.
I have just run Motul gear oil, no issues and yes, it does have the steel syncro's. I put Motul Gear competition oil in mine 75/140.

Thanks for the response and information guys. The transmission came with a rolling project I purchased in 2006 and didn’t have much information regarding the parts which came with it. Just a bunch of boxes full of parts. Glad I finally found the part number on the transmission.
I already installed the transmission again, I could check the ratios by rotating the crank.
I did make aluminum bushing for the shifter pivot, shifting does feel very solid.
I also changed the final drive from a 3.7 to 4.11. Makes the first gear feel a bit quicker.
I will try the Motul. Looks like they make a 75W-90 which is GL-4/GL-5 too.

Depending on your seating position, I heated and bent my shifter a bit more to me, mainly so the 4 to 5 shift was NOT a stretch, I have short arms.
I went with the heavy oil due to real HEAT. If you are just doing some light driving, etc, no problem, but both with my track days and then our canyon cruises, in the saddle for 5 -6 hours with very high ambient heat, 80 -100F, that tranny gets NUCLEAR. There is so much radiant heat from my stainless 3" exhaust, that also does not help, as it is tucked up right beside the trans.
4:11 will be nice, I run 4:625 in the rear from back in my solo days and yes, it is a bit buzzy at freeway speeds to say the least...but....I can't argue with the brutal acceleration, so much fun.
That trans is a real treasure these day, parts are hard to get if at all. I am very lucky I have a spare on the shelf.
