New 2 door interior quarter trim

Hey all, I purchased a new door and quarter trim set from Futofab. I noticed on the quarter trim that there are no holes in the trim board for the rearmost clips. I didn't take a photo of the trim, but the two holes in this photo by the seat back and above the curve of the wheel well to the left are the holes I mean. I think I could easily add the holes to the trim board and add the metal clips. Just wondering if those who have used this new trim have done so or if it fits and stays ok without them.

2dr did not have clips back there.........at least NOT the 72-73 with round pattern! They DID have a simple phillips head trim screw back there. I would have to dig out a 68-71 with square pattern to see if the earlier had a clip......?? The 4dr & Wagon had multiple clips along that curved edge, cuz people would rub climbing in & out. Email sent explaining with pics!
