Trunk hinge hardware question?

Does anyone have a photo of how the hardware orientation for the hinges that hold up the rear deck lid. I just got some and there's this funky looking washer that came with it. Where does that washer go. My car isn't using the correct hardware currently so I don't know. A photo would be appreciated. Thanks in advance guys. :?:

The pivot bolts are "shouldered" so they tighten up BEFORE they squeeze the hinges firm. Do you mean the "wavy washer"??
