I don't like the higher door release mounting spot on the wagon (yes, I know it's just moving the release lever up... but it's in the wrong spot) - am I out of luck or looking for a used set/custom set?
I removed one of the door panels to see if I could get access to more weatherstripping stuff to fix... and kind of messed it up in the process. Granted, it was already not in the best of shape... but... now it's worse.
Thoughts?
Reproduction door panels - why are all the four door ones for the wagon?
Re: Reproduction door panels - why are all the four door ones for the wagon?
It's unfortunate that the manufacturer chose.this route. But I assume they rightly figured out that the 4 dr could use wagon panels but the wagon could not use 4 dr. So make just one style. I guess we're lucky anything is available.

Not sure what look you are going for - or how "stock" you want to be.
I recently made some for my 510 from sheets of 1/8" ABS, you could go a little thicker to fill the gap on the upper door trim, but I think 1/4" would be too thick - possible some foam rubber behind it to push the top out a little bit.
Anyway- cost about $120 to order the 4 48x24" sheets shipped. I still had my door cards so I used them as a template, but you could make some cardboard templates if you didn't have yours any more. Scored each cut about half way through with a utility knife and them broke it off. Used a drill for the holes. If I did it again I might try and align the mounting holes with the old holes for the metal clips and use some plastic pops instead of new screws into the door... oh well..
Just an idea for you-
