I glad you guys had fun, and that my wife, Dave, Glen and dear ole dad helped make it happen. I was in Florida for some training at work, it was rerouted back through Edmonton and up to a Pulp Mill Power station near Whitecourt for a service call Friday and Saturday, so I couldn’t even attend my own annual event! But I’m glad you all had fun.
Pictures look great, wife said she had a good time, and lots of positive feedback.
The annual 510 Day will always continue, I just hope to be at all future events.
Thanks to all that came out.

it was a good day other than the brutal traffic that Keith mentioned on the way in..
So many Red 510s I should have parked the pumpkin between them..
Cams car sure reminds me of my old yellow one from the 80's it would have felt right at home with all the other Specialty airdams there.
and other than Jasons i think everything was L series? i didnt see under the hoods of the roadsters.-- gives me a year to finish this car!
thanks Byron for hosting
ahh to reminisce --

Following the pandemic hiatus that has put life on hold in many ways for all of us, 510 Day (the old way) is a go at my place this year.

It is a bit of a special year too, as it’s also my 50th.

I’d really love to see you all you locals out. 5:10 day falls on Tuesday this year. Make plans if you can attend.

Details:

* I’ll revert back to the 'grill your own burger' event; I’ll supply them, with buns and pop - just throw a donation in the jar.

* If you want something more specific or a little more you - bring it with you, no worries.

* Bring a chair as well to plant yourself on.

* I’ll have a cake as well.

* Starts at 5:10, of course and as usual.

I’m really looking forward to 510 Day this year. We need this!

As we can't trust the weather, I will be there one way or another, even if in the G35. I have to give the 510 bullets this week as I have not touched the car yet, been so cold in the garage and NO room to work on it.

Last week I was also able to take an un-assembled bunk bed that was next to my car over to Denman Island for my daughter, thus finally letting me get at the car.

I will change the oil in the garage as it is on jack stands and needs to be fired up anyhow. Hopefully my son will give me a hand to bleed the brakes and clutch.

Jason Lee, if you see this I will bring poster and door sills with me, plus whatever I can clean out of my tubs.

Lets pray to the Weather Gods for a nice..WARM...day!!!!

I will bring these along too

I'm planning on coming. It has been 2 years almost since I have seen anyone. Hopefully the weather will be nice enough to drive the car. Keith I will take that window shade.

I look forward to seeing you all. Aside from the burger buns and the slab of cake, all the food is already procured :-)

See ya in 10 Days.

Happy 510 Day!
I hope a number of you can take a joyous drive in your cars today.
And the weather looks to be cooperating with us here in Metro Vancouver at the last minute too! It was predicted to be. Avery wet day up till yesterday. The evening is now predicted to be clear. Awesome.
The BBQ gas is full, and burgers ready to go on the grill.
Hope to see a few of you local guys at my place later today.
For everyone else out there, Happy 510 Day.

Have a good meet gang, not able to make it tonight.

At least tomorrow my son finally helping to bleed brakes, clutch, and check methanol spray.

Lets hope for a good drive to Lillooet as soon as we can. Sounds like the Hope Princeton is not in great shape at this point, lots of pot holes my friend said.
