78 Datsun 210 and 80 210 12A Ice Racer Project $800
This was a project that my father acquired and just never started.
Project - 2 CARS;
1978 210 2 dr. sedan has full paperwork, no motor. The body, floor pan and dash is in good shape, however all cloth interior items will need to be replaced due to expose to the weather. The truck lid is badly rusted and the back window is missing. Car was previously an automatic and converted to LPG!?!
1980 210 sedan ice race car which competed in the WCIRABC in Ashcroft between 1993 and 2005. It’s got a 12A bridgeported rotory with an RX7 5 spd trans and a narrowed H190 rear diff. This car is fully caged (very poor cage design), stripped of all interior components aside from a Kirkley aluminum seat, belts, tach and a few gauges and looks like hell. Very fast, pretty loud – fun car, no paperwork. Does have rear glass for other car. The 12A rotates freely but has not been started recently.
The project was to combine the two cars. Both cars have been sitting for 10 years – it’s not happening. Both cars need a serious bath. This is a project, neither car is drivable, must take both cars. Located in east Maple Ridge, BC. It’s unlikely that anyone on this forum would be interested in this unruly project, but you never know so I thought I’d post it up. I will be placing a craigslist add for my father.
