New TSR rear diff mount for the R200 not installed on my car I kinda like the steel one because its made by hand.

I wanted a TSR moustache bar in the worst way a while back.

I am not sure about the length, but it's wide. You could get creative with some jigging and machine one half at a time. The Z car ones that I have seen are made in three pieces, the bar itself and the ends, just like the one that I made for my project. But, a one piece would be different and sellable.

Jordan, thanking for finding that picture of Mario's bar, I know that I had seen it before on here. I sure that Mario's bar is only for a R200, I don't think he has one for the R160/180.

R160/R180/R200 all use the same mounting points on the 510 so they should all be the same absolute length. It's just the forward/aft placement of the diff cover and vertical height of the mounting holes that changes.

I don't think Mario does R160/180 stuff. The billet R200 bars are fully polished prior to anodizing so that's why they pop so nicely once coloured.

I will have to dig in the Z bar and see what I can come up with.

I picked up a great R160 donation from OutThere yesterday. So now I can finalize al the mustache bars for the 510's. My part look is ugly enough that I don't think any conflict should arise from TSR.
