What is the thing on the driver side strut tower?
Never seen that before.
It is in picture 4 & 5.

That was part of the fuel tank emission systems. Just a series of vac lines, that went to a small tank above the fuel tank, which was mounted inside the trunk, just above the fuel tank.
Most of these usually got pitched as cars got modded.
I still use my tank as part of my roll over system
