Apparently the ARP Head Studs Saturn 1.9L DOHC 91-99 165-4202 will work for the NAPS Z22 build. I haven't tried it - found out AFTER I order these in - figures. Looks like a good deal if those short studs work for header studs :)

Here's the part numbers if you want to make your own kit from the one's ARP suggested:
Studs - AM 4.300-2LB
Nuts - 300-8344
Washer - 200-8519
Lube - 100-9908

I bought mine from Regal at northernautoparts.com Great guys to deal with and very competative pricing.

That's slicker than snot on a door nob man. I like that angled extruded aluminum bracket. Is it a Jim wolf Technologies fuel rail?

No it's custom. I asked a friend to machine the rail stock I had and he suggested he could do a mount for the rail. Who was I to say no :] Thrilled with the piece of art he came up with. I was just going to get a piece of 1/8th sheet metal bracket made up....

Nothing against sheet metal brackets, but damn that machined piece is in a whole other league. Really impressive!

Looks better polished and anodized red :) Under the sodium vapour lamps makes the colours look funny but you get the idea.

My blue toolbox is in the background - you can see how the light from the blue reflects off the polished anozided part making it look purple (red + blue)

What seal arrangement are you using between the manifold and the injectors?

+1 on the "creative MoFo" comment,, and I really like the fabricated solutions. Subscribed! The aesthetics with anodizing and powder coating are just iceing on the Dats-cake

Stock o-rings. Same as the stock injectors.

Those injectors look like their mounted too high... is that their fit vise the big o-ring?
