Thanks Joel. Needs a fair bit of work still and haven't touched it in over a year so will potentially redesign it next time I get around to it. Was never a big fan of the 510 dashes, the z dashes though I love. Guess they were much more function over form on the 510s.

So I haven't touched the 1600 since my last update, but I thought I better give a good reason why. I mentioned in a previous post that I started a metal fabrication business. Well this business has had a lot of architectural /structural steel /gates/tool fabrication but last year it also started getting some automotive attention. The first car in the shop was a porsche

Then a couple of weeks after the porsche left an r32 gtr arrived for minor work

And 2 days after the gtr left an escort arrived which is the current project.

Figured since you guys liked the body work on the datsun you'd appreciate the body work on the other cars and cut me some slack for not finishing the datsun. Please forgive me.

Man, you’ve been busy.

The Escort would be like working on a 510.

The GTr is a new car I my mind...

The Porsche... wow, quite involved structurally...

Great work, thanks for sharing.

Thanks Byron and Cambo. Just wanted to let people know that I'm not dead and the 1600 will one day get done. Let's just hope it's not the kids that get it done.
