SR20DET Motor Mount for Datsun, (620 Pickup)?

Post by choleaoum »

Hey how's it going, just looking to see what year motor mounts I should order for my Datsun to finish up my swap. I've been looking on ebay and to my surprise there are many different ones. Before I order, which year or maybe even part number would you guys recommend? And yes, I've searched.

I used 620 mounts from a 78 if I recall correctly. However mine did not mount up perfectly when using the vg30 transmission mount. Because using that mount I had to extend where the motor mounts bolt to the crossmember about 1.5 inches.

You can see what I had to do here.

Mckinney has some mounts that are around 100 bucks. If I had not already purchased my 620 I would have gone with those ones because they are beefier and adjustable.
