there is a lot of steel and concrete and excavation in that bunker, but yes, me too, 100% think it is rad.

It's funny seeing this for the first time. Love it - but I'm not sure if I'd feel safe living next door to this guy!
When I lived in the city, I often though that an underground workshop would be a great idea - cars above, workshop below - make sense. Moving to the suburbs with larger lots meant that my vision wasn't necessary.
However, my current yard does have some elevation to it, enough elevation that a second level underground would have easily been possible. And now that the shop is filled, and going up was never an option, I have often though that going down initially would have still been a good option.
Too late for that now. A 'car port' is now on the wish list when times get financially better.

Drag racing engineering is very interesting. The faster you go the less amount of time your engine needs to be at peak power, higher peak power in turn shortens the run time which allows you to.... Crazy all you need is for the engine to last 6 seconds. doesn't sound too bad.

Mazworx says the stock SR block is good to 1300 HP. Just interesting to know they broke enough to know that's the number haha. Also those engines are so powerful that conventional tuning isn't an option. They can't just run it at peak power through the RPM range and different boost levels. Gotta ramp up their tune so they can get it on the track before it needs to be rebuilt. Good stuff.
