I am doing a KA24DE swap into a '73 dime and the fuel tank only has one nipple on it. So, accommodate a fuel return line...instead of pulling out the tank and welding on another fitting, I added a small tube to the fuel filler neck.
Returning fuel will enter the tank this way. No tank removal necessary.
The rubber hose will direct the returning fuel to the bottom of the tank, and the hose clamp on the end will keep it on the bottom, so there is no "waterfall" sound happening.
