I took my heater out to make sure everything worked before putting coolant in my engine. I rebuilt the heater valve, pressure tested the heater core, got all the linkage/cables dialed in, and put new foam on all the pieces to get everything all sealed up as it should be. It was an ordeal, especially the valve rebuild because it was missing part of the housing so I aluma-welded it.
Anyhow, I'm missing part of the defroster diverter(?). You can see where it's supposed to be sitting. I've got the "horns" that are attached to the actual top dash vents but whatever this piece is, I haven't got it.
Can anyone tell me what it's called or perhaps where to find one? Even a photo would be helpful; I may be able to model & print one if I can't get one.

Re: Heater assembly
Can't help other than to say the 'horns' are called de-mister ducts. My picture show the heater as an assemble and it doesn't break down any further.
