I started a KAZ. That's an LZ23 but with a KA24E head. Decked the block and the head 1mm each to preserve the compression. Bought gaskets, rings and bearings. Haven't assembled it yet.

Have an LZ24 together. That's a good running Z24 with a U67 head. Windage tray and a crank scraper. With an 89mm bore the tiny L head combustion chambers have lots of room for un-shrouding the valves. Compression is over 9.
