Recommended rear disc upgrade?

Post by leif »

Hello!
I have had the 280zx strut/brake swap in front for 20years, and now want to upgrade rear drums to discs as well.

Is 280zx rear discs/calipers still a recommended upgrade, or any reason I rather should go for Maxima or S13 240sx brakes?
I need to retain parkbrake function, it is mandatory to be road legal here.

Thanks, regards Leif

I've got a pretty similar set up except I have 200sx front coilovers. I did the rear maxima conversion with the e-brake and it's working well so far. What motor are you running?

If zx you want the later '82/'82 calipers.

The DQ link doesn't take you directly to the article. It's Volume 2, Issue 4.
