Ok, throwing this out there in the hopes that someone might want to trade... Alternative for me is buying a new one and selling this one.
The 69 rear bumper has a hole for the bumper mounted rear license plate light. My 510 is a 72, so would prefer not to have the hole there.
My bumper is in great shape. I have only had the car a few months, so not sure of its history. I can send higher resolution close up pictures for anyone interested in seeing it.
Might consider cash offers as well to see how much of a new one I am able to recover.
I always thought the bumper light was 68 only. Could be wrong though. The other option is to install the light and be extra legal on the plate illumination front. I bet some 68 guy wants it though
The light might have came on some early 69s. You will have some trouble and expense to find that light. I'd guess $250 for new. I've restored a few. The lenses are on eBay but by the time you buy that and rechrome the cover. Your almost $150 deep. If you can find a decent core.

I suspect the gap between resale of mine and buying a new one is in the same zone... I'll see what I can find. Not urgent, just part of the overall plan.
I was on the datsport site last night getting ready to place a rubber order. And noticed they have Nissan nos fender marker lights. Not the Canadian bayonet but the arrow style. $70 AUS.

Futofab has told me he has the same ones and I'm trying to confirm fenders, rear bumper and front valance from him as well.
Just placed my second order from Datsport. I was pretty pleased with the quality of the seals I ordered from them so decided to basically order a full set of seals as I prepare for a full disassembly and repaint.
The lense does pop up once in a while. Or at least it has in the past. But nothing on there now. Sorry I didn't save it as a watched item. I usually do for these kind of things.
