Early was the key, people started leaving at 9:30, which was smart. I'm glad I left when I did, just getting nuclear when I got back to the garage and that was with a stop at Specialty to watch the start of the MOTO GP race

I was going to bring the Clio V6 out at around 7:30am but didn't have the motivation
to bring it out due to the heat. Maybe next month when it's cooler. It seems like there
are a lot more car meets happening. There is the "Chatime" meet every Friday evening
at Blundell and Garden City. Quite a few cars show up (100+) . Mostly imports, JDM and
a few mustangs. The supercars show up for a short while as well. Quite the vibe.

Anyone know of anything being planned on the Island / near Victoria? The heatwave seems to have finally subsided a bit - could be some great car weather over the next several weeks!

I will maybe try for the Blundell one later when it is cooler, bad direction for me to be heading, what with Friday traffic.

Cooler in White Rock this morning, it hit almost 100 F. on my porch last night in the shade. I have never seen that in the 43 years I have lived here!
