looking for valve timing specs early racer brown camshaft

would like to find the proper timing #s for a vintage racer brown cam. please note its a SS-56 with a date code of 1079-45 have found #s on the 54 but I am finding duration is 250 on the 56. Had this in my solo II build from the late 70s still have the motor but the set up card is long gone.
