Thanks for coming guys and gals, it was a great night and I think it will be an annual event.
Great pics James - light was perfect.
The grill became a good warmer as the night cooled off, maybe we'll get Berts catalytic warmer next year.
Mandy, thanks for letting your dog babysit my son – a very patient dog you do have!
So, next event: I'm ready to cruise 'Bout time we get one under way.

Yup, I'm ready for a drive.
What do you all feel like as a shake down run?
I was kinda thinking of and early loop out the Valley, over the Mission Bridge, up the Dewdney Trunk road, then go along to the Stave Lake museum, visit that and have a snack/lunch in the parking lot, then work our way back home.

Or.....
also, when Matt is back from Fiji, we have talked about another visit to that old mine again, that's up past Squamish, just a day trip of road. Only issue might be crossing Roaring Creek, due to the spring runoff.

No worries, we're two weeks away no problem. I'm not going to Knox this year, Matt gets back next weekend, so I;m just going to get some other "stuff' done on the long weekend, maybe even rip my dash apart to try to fix my fuel gauge.

Is this a pavement run Keith or does it involve wheeling?bertvorgon wrote:Yup, I'm ready for a drive.

Mike,
James and I did a test dismantle on a donor gauge panel, NOT mine. I had tested my sender, but I still have a problem either at the gauge, or in the wiring harness, yet to be determined.
Jason,
This would be an off road trip up to the mine, Only issue would be trying to get across a creek up there, called ROARING Creek for a reason, now that we are into spring runoff.

They live! Thanks to Denis' expertise and my ability to accidentally jiggle connectors back into place, hehe.
