I heard that those sleeves are NLA, where did you get new ones? I guess I should check that tomorrow too.....I did think about cutting them off, but was worried I couldn't get new ones. Thanks for the tip!

I just went to my local parts supplier and he got the number from the bearing catalogue and ordered up a set. I just checked my invoice to get a part # but since it is hand written all I can see for the bearing number is 391 and the seal number is 19223. Each bearing came with a new sleeve. I believe these are NATIONAL numbers.

I just ordered the bearings, from a local parts shop, they don't know if the bearing comes with the sleeve or not, but they were $50 each, so I hope so. Are the seals the same as a sedan?? just curious because they didn't list one for a wagon.....I get them today....

43255-H1000 Collar -Axle $14.29 each
43252-H1000 Seal Oil $4.51 each

These are the parts shown on the invoice.

Ok! the bearing came with the new sleeve, so I asked the parts shop where I can get it pressed on and they told me Les Schwab, right next door, I walked in and the guy is like "that'll cost you $90.00 an hour, and it'll take about an hour to press it" I was like "are you kidding me? I could hammer it on in about 15 minutes.....so pressing should only take a few less.....I walked back out.

went to a 4x4 shop and the guy is going to do it for about 40 bucks, he's cutting the old ring off of both the used one and the bent one, then pressing the new one back on the used shaft....so that's not too bad, I guess....I wish I had a press.....maybe that's on the list to buy for the shop.....

so, to change this is costing over $100.00 so far....in bearing and labor = tax. I need to open a shop.

I'm liking this thus far. The TE37's really modernize the 510 without being too much and clashing.

Ok! update!!! picked up the shaft today from the 4x4 shop today, they did a nice job and even pressed the missing stud into the hub, cost me $40.00, so that wasn't too bad. got it all back together and it's good to go now, adjusted and bled the brakes, stops good and spins true!! I'm happy about that!

stopped by the local junk yard today and scored this out of a B210!! got it home and took it apart, blasted it, will paint it tomorrow....it's going on the wagon! I had bought one off ebay, seller said it fit the 510, but it was too big around, hit the clutch cylinder, I think it's for a z car....but not sure.
...before and after....
