Thanks icehouse! I'm pretty sure I plugged in a NEW brake switch (only $20 from Nissan!!!!), nothing..........will do it again to make sure!

Really!! I Went through two Rockauto brake light switches in my tan car. Ended up finding an old used one and put it in. Still works! Got the part number?

Nissan #25320-G0300 :D

I get quite a few OEM parts from Riley at Lynchburg, but you prolly have a local/regional dealer willing to get you early Datsun stuff that is still available.....
