Anyone still making VG swap kits or parts?

Post by Cable »

Just like the title says. I can score a low mileage VG33e from a 1998 Quest for $200 and I think it would be a great swap for my 510 wagon.

Thanks guys!

Experimental Engineering was the place to get the swap bits. See if you can track down Carter Boad, as he was doing the PR for EE.

Lot more to a VG swap than a cheap engine, though.

I am no stranger to swaps or the costs involved. I only mentioned the cost of the VG33 since it's an attractive option to start out with.

I put a Chevy Big Block 454 in a 280z back in 2006. Some 25+ LSx swaps into many platforms, including my own 280z (different than the big block car).

In any case, thanks for pointing me in the right direction for VG parts.
