Yea.... couldn't resist. Add another one to the project list. L28 in there - does that mean I can stuff and L28ET in instead? I need to quit work and become independantly wealthy so I can concentrate on Datsun projects 24/7. Now about that independantly wealthy business....

The engine will fit. Whether the turbo parts fit with OE manifolds is going to be the question. Probably not going to be an answer unless you try it yourself

I'm over in Victoria. Do you have any pics of it in the car?

Hi Dan, did you happen to part out the maroon 68.4-2dr L28ET car with 1200 coupe tail lights that I had possession of for a short while?

The turbo 6 did fit, although if you're going to the effort why not fit a newer twin cam Skyline 6 with double the output.... Just trying to spend your money for you :D

yep. sorry to say it was built rough, unsafe and too far gone for me to save, but parts will get used. in an old project build thread by byron, there is one shot of engine in car. i think its titled L28et. cant remember.

If I am not mistaken they are 13x6 and were sold by BRE in the early 70's. I had bought a set a long time ago from a gentleman who had bought all sorts of parts from BRE. They were very light and fit the car nicely. I can look through the BRE catalog and get more info.
