Hmmm, going' for the full overhaul I see - do we call this a refit or a restoration?

well...ya know... its not safe .... ya got to be safe

stock brakes and 27in tall tires is not a good combination... rears lock up fronts do nothing ...your gonna have a bad time

leaky windshields, fogged up glass, cant see ....your gonna have a bad time

broken drivers seat with a twisted backrest ....your gonna have a bad time

exposed fuel line vulnerable to rocks ..your gonna have a bad time

small car painted camouflage .your gonna have a bad time

no turbo ..your gonna have a bad time

spent the week cleaning, scraping and inspecting with a little wire wheel on the side.

interesting to note the grab handle provisions along the roof line are different to the 68. looks like the forward provision will accept a 240 shat strap Image

it looks like I bent the can a bit from high flying action

I need to come over and see if a grab handle will fit in those holes.

I will pop a handle off my Honda Odyssey, They are a bit flexy, so they might work. Lots of those at the wreckers I would think.

I will do that when I get home tonight, so could blast over tomorrow.

started stiffening by adding some scaffolding to the trunk.
