You probably don't want flares. Hard to answer your question - how low? Do you want to add rear camber?

You don't need flares ... .. you need stock rear camber ...... and 280zx front struts: ...... .. .. if that's not your plan then yes you need flares.. (but then you'd need wider wheels too)

My car has stock rear camber ..... and coilovers ... . . . . if you fix the rear camber with plates like that welded on, you will need flares

... ... you also need 280zx front struts to fit them in the front ... .. .. or just don't lower the front

You probably don't want your car dropped as low as his, if you really want to drive it. It looks great in the photos, but will it really handle???

No.... it drives like crap,,, and has no traction ..... .. the rear coilovers are always bottoming out ... .. . that's the lowest it can be and drive on the freeway

280ZX struts, with lower spacers (look up bump steer spacers) and upper camber plate. A way to adjust the TC rod wiould be nice to gain some caster, but not required to get that ride height. For the rear you'll need a way to correct the camber at that height, byrons brackets are the best, or a slotted crossmember at the least.

What kind of alignment settings are you looking to run. Typical alignment settings for a street car don't require much in the way of camber. But, then, your street DD and my street DD are likely two different things. More specifics will help us help you.

i don't want a negative or postive camber i want it at 0 and drop the car at the amount that my tires won't be wearing out too bad and to the point where the car doesn't loose traction and handling, i don't want to go through tires alot especially when your broke.

If you're looking for the cheapest option .... .. DON'T lower your 510!!!!! .... ..

Seriously those wheels will fit a stock height 510 ... .. as soon as you lower it then you need 280zx struts

.... then you want to "fix" the rear camber issue .... .. . but then the wheels don't fit anymore,,, , then you need flares and different wheels

or no flares and different wheels ........ .. do you get it now???

You want a little negative camber typically, but in the realm of -.5 for street DD use.

Typical street camber settings do not accelerate tire wear on 510s. Uncorrected toe after lowering is generally what shreds tires in short order. Once you adjust the ride height (even to non-Indy levels) you need to correct the alignment.
