Did you mean to say 200SX?
No I have 280zx. Typo

So im limited on how low I can go. I don't have a set at the moment sold those along time ago when I had switched over to the GTX2 set. Now running the FUTOFAB LCA. Maybe I should get a set just in case.
I think you'll probably end up needing around a 1" roll center adjuster. You'd have to be rocking a real 4x4 stance to not need any RCAs. Nothing special is required in order to fit with the JBC parts since all their dimensions around the RCA are the same as factory parts. I used T3 RCAs and bushed the spigot in my S12 strut down to match the factory 510/ZX size.

Finally I have some important news to share. The Futofab orange line sway bar for SR/KA swaps does fit with the V3 JBC rack and pinion cross member. I just installed it and have the car on the ground.

There is only one point of interference. My A10 front sump oil pan touches the bar at the back left corner of the sump where the bar bends. A little pan "adjustment" with a #10 BFH will solve that.

With my wheels at full droop (not much of a droop with the coil overs I have), the contact is very firm at that point, but when you put the car down or jack up the wheels the bar rotates up and out of the way, mostly. I have given it one small indent, but it needs another round of reshaping, perhaps a bit more vigorous.

The bar doesn't come close to the cross member itself, there is lots of room in front of it. The oil pan is the culprit here, but again, it can be dealt with.

If we can convince Dave to have these bars made with the center section that goes in a "U" shape to the back, to be slightly offset to the left, the oil pan would clear easily. Even if just the one left side bend could be made 1/2 farther left and leave the other side alone, it would perfect. These leaves even more room in the center for whatever oil pan is there.

Here are pic from yesterday's first fit with a small dent in the oil pan.

I'll post more today after doing addition fitment.

Reference picture of the bar. It is upside down so that it lays flat on the ground

Hello all,
I've got a JBC V1 here, on the hunt for sway bar options.
I messaged Left Coast Datsun on FB about this sway bar I found on their Instagram. Got a quote for $450, and $50 extra for powder coating any color.
Not sure if it's for a v1 or v3 or what.

Nice to see other options. Is that for KA/SR ? Its a bit pricey in my opinion. Post up photos after the install. Would love to see it mounted.

Apparently it is the master copy and will be jigged and improved upon in the copies. I am assured this will clear the SR20DET oil pan. Seems pricey but they say it is cheap for what they have to do. I have one getting made right now, should be off to the powder coating in 2 weeks. I will update with pics and my thoughts.

When I got my Saab tie rod ends from moog. The locking nut would not thread on to the tie rod. Here's the thread pitch if you have this same issue. M14X2. Tie rod ends did bolt on with no problem. Locking nut unfortunately was a different thread pitch.

If it’s any consolation, my moog tie rod ends didn’t come with jam nuts at all!

Ok fellas sorry for the noob question. But how do you adjust toe in and toe out with the JBC rack? There's no adjustment bolts on the rack itself to be able to adjust this. My drivers side wheel is slightly toed in and my passenger wheel has a tad bit more toed in than drivers. Any insight on this would be very helpful. Could I possibly have bought the wrong rack maybe? Or did i fudge up the install some how?

Thanks in advance guys.

I had that same problem!! One outer tie rod came with 2 nuts... 1 that worked and one that didn't. The other one came with just the wrong nut... Super annoying.
