Overall I like it so far. I like the easy access emoticons and font colors when writing posts, and the auto sizing is good for me.
When viewing new posts I prefered the previous layout with the authour listed next to the title, instead of its own column as it is now.

Wow new format looks really good on a 23 inch monitor, but I'd love it of the original colours were brought back... Gave the forum a nice "look and feel" compared to all the other forums out there..
