BTW, have you tried just resurfacing the outlet flange on your stock manifold, and making sure the downpipe flange that meets with it is flat, with a new gasket?

Where the heck does that collector end up? I've owned long tube headers before but not like that one. Seems like those runners would interfere with the steering box. WEIRD.

Yeah that's what I've always thought whenever I've looked at them, and they are Trust/Greddy so intended for the RHD market, but I've never actually held them up to my 510 and looked, but they supposedly came off a running car over here though. Now I'm too curious whether they fit or not.

Yea I'm gonna pass just based on shipping, thanks though!
Re: WTB Square port header (or stock L16 exhaust mani.)
well, I can ship a stock header and collector on greyhound.. probably $20-25 for shipping and $30 for the part. if your set on a header I have two bashed, rusty and rotting long tube headers...free local pickup! will ship but you have to pay for my gas....$15 to coquitlam and back ? ...and shipping...?

Give Jim a call at Overseas Auto in Vancouver. He should be able to get 510 headers too.

Re: WTB Square port header (or stock L16 exhaust mani.)
If you are having trouble with the gasket between the manifold and collector it's probably not the manifold. It's fixed and basically immovable. If the exhaust system was installed or built and the angle of the collector is off , that is probably why you can't get a seal. Both parts must be parallel and sometimes the way the exhaust is hung prevents this. Just something to think about.

Bump still looking for a header

I still have a large collection of stock manifolds and since you have brown interior I will toss in this rear passenger side door card
