I finally bought a 510

Post by obrut »

I just bought a 72 yesterday, its partially disassembled and it looks like most of the stuff is there. Its a good start and I'm glade I finally found one clean enough to start with.

My plan is to assemble it and get it running and driving again. It came with some parts, two partial L16 in pieces, a dog leg 5 speed and a few boxes of part from the car. I"m still sorting through the parts, I hope most of the small stuff is there.

Yep, Congrats. Looks like a good starting point. My favorite color for a 510 too.

I've got lots of parts so if you need stuff, let me know.
Enjoy The Ride!

thanks, nice car you have there. My plan is to get it back together and running, drive it for a summer or two and then take it back apart and paint. Right now I'm going through the heater core and checking the dash wiring.
