I am looking to repaint my 72 datsun 2dr and i remember seeing color codes posted on here a while back but can no longer find them. The color is orange but i cant recall if there were more than one color code for orange. Would anyone know or could provide the color code for orange?

Do you know the number? It is stamped in the top of the radiator support (next to the female part of the hood latch).

no, i couldnt find anything of the top of the radiator support. The web site shows three orange colors. It's a start. Which orange was most common for datsun?

Did your car originally have a white interior? I will take a pic of mine so you can see if it is the same - and I can give you my paint code.....

Here is a photo of a car I used to own (and wish I hadn't of sold). Same color as my current car - I will check the code today when I get home.....

yes, the original interior is white. here is a pic of the color of my car. There not the best pics but you see the color.

That would be Paint Code 022
