Re: ASH starts machining
thanks for that link, looks like some nice stuff on there. there are so many small companies that make some nice tools, but it is hard to know how good it is until you actually see it in person. and I always seem to be a little to picky.
Thanks Aron
Thanks Aron

Re: ASH starts machining
thanks for the kind comments. the Hass machine is the most expensive thing in my shop.. and it came in around 40 g it has a work area of 30in x 12in x 12in. Hass really gets you with the add-ons, everything is extra, so you are looking at something starting around 33g and ends up at 40. and I didn't...

Re: ASH starts machining
here is my shop, before I started to really make a mess. Also I have added a couple of things that are now starting to make it a little cramped. But I sure like having my own shop, it doesn't feel like work, more like playing :) but I need to start paying all this stuff off before my wife kills me.....

Re: ASH starts machining
Mattndew76. I like your modelling of the part looks very close to what I have in store. but I have made some changes that I think make it even better. only problem is the time needed to make the parts... I would rather give the best product I can rather then have the cost dictate what it will be in ...
