The 510 Realm

It is getting pretty crazy. 6h of operation on my kubota excavator uses 70L of diesel. It is getting pretty expensive filling it up every day.

I found when I set up my efi in the start position the injectors were not getting 12v and in the run position they were.

I filled my truck today. 83L and it was just over $150 for deisel.

Well I got to putting in the 1 wire alternator yesterday. I am getting a rock steady 14.8V. I went through after that and put new connectors on all the ground straps and wire brushed all the points they bolt to. I even cleaned up the main bolt that holds the Alternator on place and ran a wire brush ...

Ya they don't make it. This is the one that is listed for the KA from the 1990 240sx. I have also tried a 100amp one from a newer nissan. I have spent enough hours on it now. My car hasn't been this far apart since I did the injection. There is a 1 wire on the way.

Hey Rob, I went through with a set of jumper cables that I took one end off and put ring terminals on and did the steps you suggested except for connecting the starter and alternator together. Well I just spent an hour messing around with it. With a known good battery and new alternator it is putting out 15.4v.
