Re: New member
I love it!! I almost had a '79 510 coupe for my first Datsun, but the seller sold it to someone else right before I got off work. I had gone to look at it but didn't bring the cash, and was going to return after work the next day. I got a B210 instead, and now I have a non running project '71 510 se...

WTB L Series 4 cyl Intake manifold for twin Mikunis (Washington State, north of Seattle)
Hello all, I'm looking for an intake manifold for my L18 w/ U67 head, to fit my dual Mikuni 44s to it. I currently have a BRE intake but it's been ported out to 1 5/8" where it meets the intake ports on the head. I can't really port out the head any more, the intake ports have already been port...

Re: Side draft intake mani, size differences?
Yenpit, that is fantastic, thank you! Your name is hilarious. I wasn't aware of the bleed screws being on the other side on the wilwood brake master. I was considering a 280ZX strut swap anyways so that may be the ticket.
Demo243, thanks for the pic and the link! Very helpful. Those are very short!

Re: Side draft intake mani, size differences?
I heard back from Pierce and they gave me the part number for what they said was the shorter intake manifold, it is mt-0037-c.
It's the one for the 610, 710, 620 and S10 200SX.
He also said its back in stock

Side draft intake mani, size differences?
Hello everyone. I am looking into available manifolds for a pair of side-draft carbs (Mikuni or Weber) to fit an L18. I have a few questions if anyone could please help: From what I've read, the Mikuni brand manifold is the shortest (to clear the brake master with filters or horns on the carbs) but ...

Re: WTB Twin Mikuni 40s, linkage and Manifold for L series 4 cylinder
Whoops! Seems I mixed up my sizes with that of DCOEs. I thought it was 40s and 44s for L series.

WTB Twin Mikuni 44s, linkage and Manifold for L series 4 cylinder
Don't laugh!! I know it's a really, really , long shot, but like they say, if you don't ask the answer is always no. Anyways, like the title says, I am looking for dual Mikuni PHH 44s, linkage and manifold suitable for L series 4 cylinder. Admittedly unknowingly, I'd like to offer $1500. But I'm hap...

Finally snagged one!! 1971 4 door sedan, L18, Dogleg
Hello everyone! I've driven 80s Nissans for about 15 years, and got into a B210 about 6 years ago. Well, now I finally got myself a 510!! It's a 1971 four door sedan, with an L18 that has no compression in one cylinder, and a dogleg 5 speed. Its lived an interesting life in Oregon and is certainly n...

Re: Another new guy!!
Thanks for the info! I suspected as much about the S10, I briefly had a 77 200SX with the dogleg as a parts car, but had too free up room at the time, and sold the drivetrain, to my dismay now. Thats helpful, thank you. Thank you! Also I remember you from Ratsun. I've spent many hours across many ye...

Another new guy!!
Hello everyone, I'm excited to join!! I've been wanting a 510 for quite a while, settled for a B210 a few years ago, but an opportunity arose recently so my best friend and I sprung to action, (and i mean sprung, we planned it last Thursday night and by Saturday at 6:30 PM we had it) borrowed my bro...
