Re: My Coupe Project, back to the future.....
Yes, I need one of the seat supports, I'll have to look and see which side I need. I wouldn't let him blast those areas, didn't want to take the chance of warping them.

Re: My Coupe Project, back to the future.....
not too bad, just a few pin holes here and there.....I have a little work to do though. I need to replace the original front seat supports, they were cut out previously and replace the right rear quarter to name a few.

Re: My Coupe Project, back to the future.....
Today I went over to the shop and vacuumed out all the glass media, started chemical stripping the fenders and it was a really sow process.

Thanks Michael, it's been a long time coming, but it's still going to be a slow process, just not enough time in the day!

I have a cousin that does restoration work so I called him and got the ball rolling. Hopefully it will get all blasted t...

Yes! I also thought that mine was so nice as it was that I didn’t want to mess with trying to adjust it. I think it’s awesome that you are going to make this available.

Re: Noobie's 510 project
I did the Electric power steering in my first coupe build, I think it's awesome someone is putting a kit together to make it easy to install. I had to source the parts, research which parts to source, and then put it all together and wire it up, took me forever but that was the nicest mod I did to t...

Re: Uphostery - first attempt at recovering a car seat.
I know this is a little late, but I just read found and your thread, very nice work! I too tried to cover a few seats or repair them. Looks like you caught on fast too! Also, try 1/4 foam or even 1/8" next time. Sometimes you don't need as much foam thickness as you think. And, how did you repair th...

Re: Spriso's SR20DET Bluebird Coupe Project
I used a paint stirring stick and placed it on the underside edge of the drip rail trim and tapped it with a hammer, work it off easy. you can catch just the edge with the thin wood stick. it''ll come right off. The guy that painted my coupe showed me that trick. Putting them back on will probably c...
