I use reduceimages.com - the free version is quick but only one image at a time. I set the quality percentage at 60% and that seems to get the files small enough for the Realm. You can subscribe for additional features, but I haven't bothered as posting on the Realm is the only reason I need it rig...

Try to go to Diakokufuto rest area too, it's in Yokohama. its a popular spot to see a variety of cars, mainly on the weekends.
